As a single black woman who is 35. I've had hd to be masculine my whole life. I would love to be more feminine, but you live in a world where you can't do that as a black woman.. even less with white women or black men. I have never had a man, let alone a black man make me feel safe. Also, with the interracial relationships, black men always make it their business to rub their non black woman in my face..unprovoked. I'll never date outside of my race because they are all racist, colourist or indoctrinated. And they are just not attracted to me. It's unfortunately the way for most black women. I would love to be in love, or be a damsel in distress but hey..🤷🏾‍♀️ We would breathe and get told we have a bad attitude. Hi, the captions says no food, thats not correct. You ate, the only difference is that you did not that in that mass, which is expel from the body as waste. If you had a smoothie, you ate vegs/fruits. Sugar, starch, carbs, vitamins, minerals are food. Your food was just in liquid form. In fact, a normal diet of meats vetables, fats, and whole grains, only nutrients are taken and the rest (mass/ solid) is eliminated. Same thing. I did a 21 days fast- 100% spiritual. The first eleven days were no food, no water. On the eleventh day the holy spirit instructed me to drink water. I may have died if I did not add water ( my body began to "overheat.") I spent long periods submerged in the bathtub, filled with cold water. The remainder of the fast was water only. Believe it or not, I worked 40 hours per week during this time, mostly on my feet. When I got tired not hungry ( after a while hunger subsided), I sat and read my bible. That was my food. Each time I got stronger. My family was scared, especially my mom, I was less than 140 LBS, prior. I dried up, hhey believed that I was sick. After the fast I told them. A personal fast should remain that- personal between you and God!

HI Angel- I'm 48 and had been dealing with some of the same issues for a while and can totally relate. I would eat and look 5 months pregnant after eating, though I ate relatively well and worked out. I asked my gastroenterologist about checking the health of my gut due to the constant bloat I was experiencing and finally she performed a breath test to check for lactose, SIBO, and Fructose. Prior to the breath test, my gastro too had me look at Low FODMAP diet for a while to understand what foods could be contributing to inflammation. To keep the inflammation at bay, I now know what foods will definitely give me problems, and if I choose to eat them I eat in moderation. My inflammation (bloat) has been more at bay now, and I recently started back working out. Consider seeing a gastroenterologist to check your gut health. Either way do what works for you.
